Job description

As a Corporate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner, you will leverage your networking abilities and execute innovative lead-generation strategies to discover and attract potential candidates for Helget. You will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting including evaluating, interviewing, assessing, and following up with applicants as well as onboarding new hires. As an essential part of our highly talented team, you'll be mentored by senior leaders and team members who will empower you to grow your recruiting responsibilities including establishing relationships and nurturing partnerships with leaders across the organization.
Note: Applicants must reside in the Omaha metro area. This role involves consistent in-person collaboration and is not available to fully remote candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques that may include web sourcing, networking events, conferences, research, referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline
  • Understand the needs/skills of the position to be filled which will require examining current job descriptions for accuracy and relevance to current position needs and developing an effective recruitment strategy
  • Build strong trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers, providing ongoing advice regarding networking and talent acquisition practices
  • Conduct interviews and pre-screens of qualified candidates and arrange for top prospects to interview with hiring managers for evaluation
  • Develop and/or update position descriptions for online postings that best reflect job opportunities
  • Manage candidate and job information in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database and ensure that all administrative work is done in a timely manner as candidates flow through the applicant process,

REQUIREMENTS
  • One year of experience in a sourcing or recruiting capacity preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
