We're looking for a Talent Agent within our influencer talent agency division to represent and manage the careers of various social media influencers. Must be a positive, creative, and dedicated hard worker who can balance many tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Talent Agent should have an in-depth understanding of social media marketing, brand partnerships, talent management, talent representation, contract negotiations, and an existing deep network of social media influencers.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Discover and sign large influencers who are looking for business management
  • Representing the business and brands of leading social media personalities
  • Seek out brand partnerships for specific talent and the agency as a whole
  • Stay on top of trends in the influencer marketing space
  • Seek out and pursue new opportunities such as TV and Film casting for our talent, early adopter's for new apps, find collaboration opportunities for our influencers and other large influencers.
  • Present and assist with execution of growth strategies for influencers

You'll Need To Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management/talent representation of Social Media Influencers and/or celebrities.
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Must have an existing deep network of social media influencers and talent
  • Must have 2+ years experience professionally managing brand partnerships and in talent management (preferably at an agency).
