Your responsibilities include communicating the value proposition of each position, recruiting candidates, and screening/interviewing each to find the best match for the business’ open positions. You are expected to utilize innovative recruitment methods, using both traditional and digital sourcing strategies to search for the best candidates. • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, networking events, community outreach efforts, and other talent attraction initiatives.
  • Administer and promote employee referral programs to drive high-quality candidate referrals.
  • Review employment applications, background screening results, and other pre-employment documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop strategies that improve candidate engagement, hiring outcomes, and employee retention.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing market insights and talent recommendations.
