We are seeking a high-volume corporate talent recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will use their sense of urgency and top-notch people skills to match A+ talent with business needs. Reporting to the Global Talent Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the entire recruiting life cycle, from proactive sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. They will also lead the tracking of data and KPIs, as well as help to standardize and improve our processes. This role is an on-site role in Fort Lauderdale.

Eligibility Requirement: Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
  • Confers with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills, and sourcing strategies.
  • Develops job descriptions or reviews and edits job descriptions written by others.
  • Sources applicants, screens resumes, schedules interviews, evaluates candidates, and provides feedback to hiring managers on candidate status and sourcing progress.
  • Partners with hiring managers to prepare competitive and fair offers for internal and external talent.
  • Tracks and reports on important KPIs and metrics to gauge success.
  • Assists with the communication and promotion of specific job openings and the company overall to attract top candidates.
  • Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Ensures all hiring policies and procedures are consistently applied and that best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree or higher
  • Experience: 1-3 years of related experience
  • Familiar with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake
  • Familiar with applicant tracking systems such as ADP and JazzHR
  • High attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Active listener, service oriented and results driven
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision making skills
