Job description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL or Lawrence, NY

Reports to: Chief of Staff

Salary range: $70k-85k (DOE) + bonus


Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager owns the full-cycle recruitment process across finance, operations, technology, customer support, and other business functions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for partnering with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, proactively source talent, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and drive hiring decisions from requisition through offer acceptance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience while helping the company attract top talent.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and refine job descriptions and hiring profiles.
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting through offer acceptance.
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing and high-volume outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
  • Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain active candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up with applicants and hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding
  • Travel occasionally for in-person meetings and attending career fairs.
 

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition support experience.
  • Proficient in ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to great candidate experiences.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
