Job description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor plays a pivotal role in recruiting top talent across diverse skillsets and backgrounds for various business units. This position partners with hiring managers to understand their needs, screens candidates, and manages the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer processing, all while promoting JM Family Enterprises' culture and benefits. This position is located on site in the Deerfield Beach corporate headquarters with a hybrid schedule consisting of at least three days in the office.
Responsibilities:
  • Recruit candidates for a range of positions and skillsets to support multiple business units.

  • Partner with hiring managers to comprehend hiring needs and preferences.

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders outside of open requisitions to support strategy discussions, workforce planning, and business needs and maintain a pipeline of talent.

  • Partner with Onboarding, Employer Branding, and Associate Care to provide seamless candidate and hiring manager experiences.

  • Screen and assess candidates for current and future job openings.

  • Support internal candidates on interview preparation and provide general consultation on open roles and the interview process.

  • Share information about JM Family's culture and employee benefits with candidates.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from requisition intake through offer, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer generation within Workday.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate calls with hiring panels.

  • Arrange candidate travel and prepare them for campus tours and their first day at JM Family.

  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future business needs, with emphasis on sales and other critical talent segments.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, labor market data, and talent acquisition trends to provide insights, influence hiring strategies, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on diverse skillsets and filling roles at all levels.

  • Strong ability to consult and partner with hiring managers and understand varied hiring needs.

  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, referrals, and networking activities.

  • Proficiency in candidate screening and assessment.

  • Proficiency in Workday or similar applicant tracking systems (ATS); comfortable working across multiple recruitment technology platforms.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Co-Pilot.

  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and recruiting policies, including pay transparency requirements, ADA accommodations, and consistent interviewing practices.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Physical and Cognitive Requirements:
  • Remain in a stationary position for extended periods while using a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment.

  • Occasionally move throughout office locations, recruiting events, interview areas, or campus settings to support candidate, hiring manager, or team activities.

  • Effectively manage multiple requisitions, candidate pipelines, stakeholder expectations, and competing deadlines simultaneously.

  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements and apply consistent, job-related assessment criteria.

  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with company policies and employment-related requirements.
