The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the firm's Talent Acquisition function by providing recruiting coordination, operational support, and an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This individual partners closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support both experienced hire and campus recruiting initiatives while ensuring recruiting activities are executed efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with the firm's hiring strategy.

This position serves as the primary coordinator for recruiting operations, interview scheduling, candidate communications, recruiting systems administration, and campus recruiting logistics. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator also supports employer branding initiatives, internship and early career programs, recruiting analytics, Talent Acquisition projects, and process improvement initiatives that contribute to the firm's continued growth.

Essential ResponsibilitiesCampus Recruiting & Early Career Programs
  • Coordinate campus recruiting activities, including career fairs, information sessions, networking events, campus interviews, office visits, and recruiting conferences.

  • Manage all campus recruiting logistics, including event registrations, recruiting materials, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, event calendars, and schedules.

  • Travel to college campuses, career fairs, networking events, conferences, firm offices, orientation programs, intern events, and recruiting meetings as needed.

  • Support employer branding initiatives, university partnerships, campus marketing campaigns, and student engagement activities.

  • Serve as an additional point of contact for interns and early career candidates throughout the recruiting, onboarding, and internship experience.

  • Coordinate internship and early career program logistics, including orientation, engagement activities, mentorship and buddy programs, professional development events, and intern communications.

  • Compile internship feedback, program summaries, recruiting metrics, and post-program reports to support continuous improvement.

  • Assist with identifying new campus recruiting opportunities and strengthening relationships with universities and student organizations.

Experienced Hire Recruiting & Candidate Experience
  • Coordinate interviews by scheduling meetings and managing communications between candidates, hiring managers, interview teams, and recruiters.

  • Manage interview logistics to ensure a seamless, professional, and positive candidate experience.

  • Coordinate candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.

  • Coordinate new hire communications, including welcome emails and onboarding-related communications following offer acceptance.

  • Assist with candidate sourcing initiatives, talent mapping projects, resume review, candidate identification efforts, and talent pipeline development across all service lines and business functions.

  • Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to ensure a high-quality recruiting experience.

Talent Acquisition Operations & Recruiting Support
  • Open, maintain, and manage job requisitions within Workday.

  • Post and maintain job advertisements across internal and external recruiting platforms.

  • Monitor requisition activity and maintain accurate recruiting data, candidate records, and applicant tracking information within Workday.

  • Submit background check requests, monitor progress through completion, and communicate status updates to the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, including reporting, documentation, process management, and recruiting operations.

  • Prepare recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics to support data-driven decision making.

  • Support recruiting analytics, workforce planning initiatives, talent pipeline tracking, and recruiting performance reporting.

  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes, enhance the candidate experience, and increase operational efficiency.

  • Support special projects and strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives as assigned.

Talent Acquisition Projects
  • Support the Job Description Modernization Project by updating job descriptions to align with Baker Tilly branding, competencies, organizational structure, and best practices.

  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, recruiting marketing campaigns, and Talent Acquisition communications.

  • Participate in recruiting technology enhancements, process improvement initiatives, and Talent Acquisition projects.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts that strengthen recruiting operations and the overall candidate experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • One to three years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting coordination, human resources, campus recruiting, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience supporting multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday experience preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
