The Sr Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Operations, is responsible for providing key support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the flawless execution of operational services across different Nestle operating companies in the United States. This role works directly with the Talent Acquisition team members, Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners, and both internal and external candidates to drive the interviewing process through potential onboarding. This role also cultivates strong partnerships internally and externally to protect the candidate and business partner experience and ensure we secure top diverse talent for the organization. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience within the Nestle' HR organization. This position is a hybrid-based opportunity located in Arlington, Virginia.


Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and schedule all internal and external candidate interviews including, in person interviews and virtual interviews leveraging Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Paradox, Success Factors, and other technology.
  • Manages the scheduling process to ensure that both interviews and post-interview consensus meetings take place in a timely manner, as well as providing ongoing communication with candidates, Human Resources, Hiring Managers and Recruiters throughout the interview and hiring process.
  • Responsible for providing recruitment technology support virtually and onsite if troubleshooting and ad hoc communication is necessary with the candidate and interview panelist.
  • Ensure a streamlined process by providing internal interview panelists with relevant material such as interview guides and candidate resumes, and provide candidates with confirmation email with details of their interview, and providing updates as needed.
  • Coordinate all necessary candidate travel and accommodations for positions nationwide using the Nestle Travel Policy and online tools via our third party vendors.
  • Drive completion of Interview Recommendation Forms to ensure compliance standards are being met. Serve as liaison between the Operations and Talent Acquisition team to ensure proper candidate documentation is submitted for candidate files (job descriptions/resumes/applications/interview recommendation forms).
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by direct Manager. 

Requirements:

  • Must possess a High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of Corporate administrative experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume workload and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience maintaining confidential information.
  • Experience working as part of a team to accomplish a shared objective.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook e-mail and calendar functionality required including creating and using templates, and using third-party tools to schedule meeting locations, conference calls and video conference calls.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams functionality required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required including Mail Merge, formatting spreadsheets, basic formulas.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem solver, adaptable, flexible, and must have superior customer service skills.

The approximate pay range for this position is $58,000 to $77,000 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
