This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making significant connections. You’ll partner closely with the recruiter, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to help shape the future of our Elastic Government Solutions team. What You Bring * Due to the nature of our work with U.S. government customers, candidates must be U.S. citizens, located in the U.S. Central or Eastern Time Zone. Preference will be given to candidates based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. * 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced tech or operations environment. * Experience supporting Field Operations or technical roles. * Familiarity with USPS or similar public sector/government roles is a strong plus. * Proven ability to identify and engage top talent through creative sourcing strategies. * Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, ATS systems like Greenhouse or similar). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally at every candidate touchpoint. * Highly organized and self-motivated with a passion for delivering a phenomenal candidate experience. * Exceptional calendar management and scheduling skills, with experience coordinating complex, multi-stage interviews across various time zones. * A collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities. * Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive candidate information.
