About ICE MONSTER:

ICE MONSTER (IM) is a famous shaved-ice dessert shop originated from Taiwan, established in 1997. The star menu "Mango Avalanche" shaved-ice was rated by CNN as "one of the best desserts around the world". ICE MONSTER Taiwan shop was also listed as a "must go place" by NY Times. 


It's been an honor for ICE MONSTER to have offered high quality, delicate shaved-ice desserts to locals alike and travelers from around the world over the past 25 years.


We are searching for members with enthusiastic traits of positive energy, optimism, passion for quality, and eagerness to thrive with the company for long-term growth and success for our members.


We're very excited about the upcoming opening of our very first store in mainland USA! Certainly look forward to welcoming new, ICE MONSTER family members on-board soon!


Responsibilities:
1. Greeting customers, taking orders, making shaved ice, smoothies/drinks and small food items
2. Cleaning surfaces, maintaining machine functionality and disposing of trash
3. Cash register operation, recording inventory, and keeping in communication with the manager at all times

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Previous work experience in food & beverage industry
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Interpersonal skills
4. Attention to detail
5. Physical stamina to withstand an entire shift potentially on your feet
6. Preferably to have experience in the field of ice desserts/beverages
