About the Role

Tebra is seeking a Senior Product Business Analyst to advance our product analytics program and unlock smarter, faster decision-making across our platform teams. You'll be the connective tissue between data and decision-making by translating complex product usage metrics into clear, actionable insights that shape roadmap strategy, feature adoption, and product innovation.

Your Area of Focus
  • Define and evolve Tebra's product performance metrics and reporting infrastructure to ensure visibility into active usage (DAU/MAU) and feature adoption.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to Product and Engineering leadership by translating usage data into actionable insights that guide roadmap prioritization.
  • Deliver leadership-ready analyses and Tableau dashboards that influence decision-making and measure progress toward product goals.
  • Build and maintain scalable SQL models in Snowflake that power self-service analytics and trusted product reporting.
  • Establish unified reporting standards to create a consistent view of the user journey across Product, Engineering, and Finance.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional analysts in Customer Success, Growth, and Finance to draw insights connecting product usage to business metrics like retention, expansion, and pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary for the product analytics function to ensure data literacy across the organization.
Your Professional Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics within a SaaS environment.
  • Consultative leadership aligning and guiding product teams to optimize user flows, feature stickiness, and overall platform health.
  • Expertise in SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to build automated analytics models that drive self-service insights at scale.
  • Experience handling PHI (Protected Health Information) and navigating the security requirements of highly regulated healthcare data environments.
  • Demonstrated success analyzing financial data, billing metrics, or revenue cycle management (RCM) workflows within a product context.
  • Strong ability to break down ambiguous business problems into structured, solvable components for technical teams.
