Location: US Remote

Reports To: Business Intelligence Supervisor

Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000

Position Summary:

We are seeking a BI Developer to join our centralized Data & Analytics team.

This role supports multiple business functions (e.g., Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, Sales) by developing Tableau dashboards, responding to ad hoc requests, and partnering with stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong Tableau developer who can quickly understand new business contexts, manage a variety of requests, and deliver accurate, high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on delivery role focused on dashboard development, stakeholder support, and rapid iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that support decision-making across multiple business units  
  • Work with stakeholders to scope request, gather requirements, clarify needs, and translate business questions into data solutions  
  • Support a centralized intake and prioritization process, managing multiple requests of varying complexity  
  • Deliver dashboards that are accurate, intuitive, and aligned to business needs  
  • Perform data validation and QA prior to publishing to ensure accuracy and consistency  
  • Iterate quickly on stakeholder feedback and support ongoing enhancements  
  • Partner with Data Engineering to define data requirements and resolve data issues  
  • Contribute to standardization of metrics, definitions, and dashboard best practices  
  • Provide support and guidance to users to improve adoption and effective use of BI tools  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field 
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related role  
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboard development, calculations, filters, data modeling)  
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and handling a variety of requests across different business areas  
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment  
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and validation  
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences  
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and modern data stacks (dbt, Fivetran, etc.)  
  • Proficient in SQL
