Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Safeguard the assets of the company.
  2. Supervise the operation of the table games.
  3. Handle customer complaints.
  4. Handle customer disputes.
  5. Ensure compliance with Federal currency reporting requirements.
  6. Maintain proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards.
  7. Comply with any reasonable request by your immediate Supervisor or any Manager.
  8. Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
  9. Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
  10. Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise Craps Box Supervisor and all Dealers as referenced in the table games department organizational chart.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must have gaming knowledge which should include the actual dealing and supervising of all table games. Must have broad knowledge of Casino rules, regulations and procedures, with strong organizational skills. Excellent customer service and employee skills are essential.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
