Join Our Team as a Technical Service Representative (TSR)!

Field-Based | Company Vehicle Provided | $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Customer Engineering Services (CES) is seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined Technical Service Representative (TSR) to support electromechanical equipment at customer locations throughout an assigned territory.

If you enjoy working independently, solving mechanical problems on-site, driving to different locations daily, and being the person customers rely on to keep equipment running, this role is for you.


$1,500 Sign-On Bonus

We are offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates (Payout terms apply).


What This Role Looks Like

As a TSR, you will:

  • Travel daily within your assigned territory using a company-provided vehicle
  • Diagnose and repair electromechanical equipment failures on-site
  • Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service calls
  • Install and remove equipment as needed
  • Implement engineering updates and modifications
  • Train customers on proper equipment operation
  • Complete accurate daily time, expense, and service reporting
  • Manage parts usage and inventory
  • Build strong working relationships with customer personnel

This role requires someone comfortable working independently, managing their own schedule, and adapting to changing service needs.
