As the Grand Experiences Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll serve as a liaison between the Grand Experiences Manager and the Activities Representative & Coordinator, Concierge, and Geneva Club Teams by observing and stepping in when necessary to provide consistently high-quality experiences to our guests.
Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. What will you be doing?
• Oversee and ensure the quality of programming.
• Developing new programming and the implementation of such.
• Assisting the Grand Experiences Manager in maintaining the daily responsibilities sheets and weekly schedules, to include Geneva Club Administrative duties.
• Assist in purchasing through Birchstreet.
• Reserving, billing, creating and modifying classes in SMS Host.
• Supervise Coordinators to insure daily tasks are completed.
• Supervise Activities Representatives to insure daily tasks are completed.
• Ensure all food and beverage standards are being followed
• Act as Liaison between Culinary staff and Geneva Club Butlers.
• Be aware of scheduling needs and make adjustments as needed on a daily basis.
• Special projects as assigned

• Two- or Four-year college degree preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experiences in event planning, catering or recreation preferred.
• Previous Supervisory Experience preferred.
• High energy and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Highly creative, self-starter.
• Able to work a varied schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to make decisions and work independently.
• Multi-tasker.
• Able to fully develop and implement plans from beginning to end.

• Ability to recognize and adjust to varying business needs.
