Seeking Team Building Keynote Speaker candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as R1ESC.  This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Team Building  Functional Area / PWS Section / Swim Lane Professional - Team Building  Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Team Building  (Team Building Keynote Speaker) in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Region One Education Service Center (R1ESC) | Purchasing Team Generally Located In CONUS - Texas and across the South Central  Region (Of Country/World).  Team Building

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Team Building Keynote Speaker | Team Building  [R1ESC0018017]

• Deliver keynote presentations on teamwork, collaboration, and organizational synergy.
• Facilitate interactive group exercises and real-time team-building activities.
• Provide post-presentation resources or materials to reinforce concepts.
• Collaborate with district leaders to tailor messaging to specific team goals.

Desired Qualifications For Team Building Keynote Speaker | Team Building  [R1ESC0018017] (R1ESC0018017) Candidates:

Prior experience in corporate or education-based team facilitation.

Certification in team dynamics, leadership, or group coaching (preferred).

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or Education.

5+ years facilitating team building or leading group trainings.

Knowledge of K-12 or higher education environments preferred.
