Job description

Salary:
  • About the Role OTAS Inc. is looking forWorking Supervisors to oversee our transportation clients End of Line Bus Cleaning contract. This role is for a hands-on leader who can supervise crews while also jumping in to perform cleaning duties when necessary. You will be responsible for ensuring schedules are followed, buses meet cleanliness standards, and crews are properly trained and supported. The Working Supervisor will be the on-site leader and will report directly to the
    OTAS Surveillance Manager regarding staffing, site updates, and operational concerns. This is a full-time Monday -Friday 10am- 7pm Shift Responsibilities
    Supervise and lead bus cleaning crews.
    Work alongside team members to complete cleaning tasks when needed.
    Assign and adjust daily work schedules to ensure efficiency.
    Inspect buses and facilities to verify quality standards are met.
    Train, coach, and support employees on cleaning methods, PPE, and safety.
    Maintain shift reports, attendance records, and incident documentation.
    Enforce OTAS policies on safety, attendance, and performance.
    Communicate with the OTAS Surveillance Manager regarding site updates, staffing, and concerns. Qualifications
    Prior custodial, janitorial, or vehicle cleaning experience required.
    Previous supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.
    Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    Familiarity with Osha
    Familiarity with product SDS Sheets and ability to guide team on product safety.
    Physically able to perform cleaning duties (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
    Reliable transportation to report on time.
    Must pass a background check and meet badging requirements
