Job description

We are a property management company in Waikiki specializing in short and mid term vacation rentals. We are seeking an independent contractor cleaner to add to our list of trusted vendors. The ideal candidate will have some background in vacation rental cleaning, be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and standards between each guest, reporting maintenance or damages to appropriate staff, and be willing to work in a variety of buildings around Waikiki. This position requires availability starting at 11am and pay is per a job, each job varies from 1-4 hours.

Tasks include but are not limited to;

- General cleaning tasks such as dustings, disposing of trash, dish washing.

-Perform floor cleaning tasks such as dusting baseboards, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

- Perform cleaning of outdoor lanai such as sweep/mop floors, and dust railings & furniture

-Sanitize surfaces and areas to ensure a hygienic environment

- Clean and restock bathrooms with supplies (provided by us)

- Exchange linens (provided by us)
