About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technology Business Systems Consultant to support complex initiatives within our Commercial Banking organization. In this role, you will partner closely with technology and business stakeholders to evaluate, design, and deliver scalable solutions that support critical banking products and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Consult on complex, high-impact initiatives requiring large-scale planning and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analyze multifaceted, long-term business and technology challenges by evaluating multiple variables, including ambiguous or unprecedented factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex issues by applying a strong understanding of business systems, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate strategically with client and stakeholder teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Support Agile product delivery as a Business Analyst, including backlog refinement, requirements gathering, and solution validation.
  • Participate in system integrations and data flows related to banking products.
Required Skills & Experience
  • LIQ product experience
  • Strong integration skills across systems and platforms
  • Experience working as an Agile Product Business Analyst
  • Exposure to JIRA for tracking work and requirements
  • Working knowledge of SQL

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Data, Business Systems Design, or a related field
    or equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of:

    • Military experience
    • Educational background
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting large enterprise environments within financial services or commercial banking
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in complex environments
