Job Description:
Our client is transforming the industry through technology-enabled operations, AI-driven experiences, and scalable service platforms. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to help drive operational excellence, platform evolution, and cross-functional execution across critical business systems. This role sits at the intersection of Business Systems Analysis, Salesforce Operations, and Program Delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce expertise with exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills. You will serve as a trusted partner to Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams, helping define solutions, remove roadblocks, and drive initiatives to successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Business Analyst, Product Operations Lead, Program Manager, or related role.
• Strong Salesforce experience, including:
o Business process analysis
o Requirements gathering
o Workflow and process design
o Stakeholder management
o Operational enablement
o Cross-functional solution delivery
• Strong communicator who knows how to translate analysis into business insights, prioritize based on strategy, and communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly.
• 5+ years of experience operating within fast-moving technology-driven organizations.
• Strong business analysis skills, including:
o Planning
o Feasibility assessments
o Requirements development
o Testing and validation
o Process improvement
o Problem solving
• Demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, quickly understand operating systems, and lead delivery across a portfolio of programs, projects, and initiatives.
• Experience driving issue resolution and execution across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in highly matrixed organizations and build strong partnerships across all levels.
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High degree of maturity, sound judgment, leadership presence, and accountability.
• Experience developing executive-ready business cases, status updates, recommendations, and decision-support materials.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, or related discipline.
