Role Summary

We are looking for high Caliber Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) who are strong problem solvers and effective collaborators, with the ability to leverage AI tools to work smarter and faster.

The ideal candidate combines solid business analysis fundamentals with modern, AI assisted ways of working to deliver high quality outcomes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements across business and technology teams Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and process flows Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and architecture teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and outcomes Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, analytics or documentation assistants) to: Accelerate requirement analysis and documentation Improve clarity and quality of artifacts Perform faster impact analysis and solution comparisons Support UAT planning and execution, including test case reviews and defect triage Identify process gaps and recommend practical, scalable improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst Strong fundamental in: Requirements elicitation & documentation User stories and acceptance criteria Process modelling and workflow analysis
  • Experience working in complex enterprise systems Strong communication skills able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Hands on experience using AI tools to enhance productivity (not theoretical knowledge) Ability to think critically, ask the right questions, and solve problems independently

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience in Insurance, Retirement Services, or Financial Services Familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery models
  • Exposure to platforms such as policy administration systems, data platforms, or digital portals Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models Comfort reviewing technical designs and API level flows (no coding required)
