Overview
We're hiring an experienced and motivated Systems Consultant in our National Technology Practice to support key internal and external clients. You will work directly with the Technology Team leaders and other business line disciplines of the firm to develop and expand our advanced data analytics platform.
Your role
  • Creating, administering, and maintaining projects and programs in Unifier.
  • Performing project/shell-level administration (managing users & groups, cost sheet, activity sheet, and business process setups).
  • Creating UDRs and in-app dashboards.
  • Documenting and maintaining user enhancement requests.
  • Coordinating testing of enhancements.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Training new users and updating training documentation as required.
  • Facilitating communication of enhancements and issues.
  • Staying current on latest features and best practices.
  • Performs systems analysis and implementation consulting for external solution implementations.
  • Completes needs assessment and project planning.
  • Completes detailed requirement specification.
  • Oversees and coordinates solution procurement.
  • Completes and oversees solution design, testing and user acceptance.
  • Oversees and coordinates transition to operation and support.
  • May be responsible for project supervision of less experienced/junior professionals.
  • Performs such other duties as the Supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.

About you
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Construction Management or a related field, and a minimum of 7-10 years of related experience.
  • 2+ years of experience administering Unifier.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Unifier project/shell-level administration.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and P6.
