The Senior Specialist, SAP Systems Analyst is a trusted supply chain technology partner responsible for optimizing SAP ECC and SAP Ariba platforms across North America. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Digital Technology (DT: Information Technology), ensuring system stability, data integrity, governance compliance, and continuous improvement. The position combines deep functional supply chain expertise with handson system support, change management, and user enablement to ensure technology effectively supports strategic supply chain objectives.

Key Responsibilities System Ownership & Business Partnership
  • Act as the primary functional point of contact between supply chain business units and DT teams, translating business requirements into system solutions.
  • Own enduser incidents and service requests from initial logging through resolution, ensuring timely communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, escalate critical defects, and coordinate resolution while maintaining business continuity.
SAP Operations & Governance
  • Administer and monitor user access for SAP ECC and SAP Ariba in compliance with SOX, GIA, and internal governance standards.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain master data quality (materials, services, vendors), supporting both operational needs and reporting requirements.
  • Partner with audit teams by preparing documentation, responding to findings, and implementing corrective actions.
Change Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify gaps between business processes and system capabilities; propose, document, and track improvements.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for BAU updates and projectbased enhancements, ensuring readiness and quality outcomes.
  • Support change management activities for system enhancements and master data updates, including stakeholder communication and adoption.
  • Track, measure, and implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned to supply chain process performance.
Training, Reporting & Enablement
  • Coach and train new and existing users to drive high system proficiency and adoption.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly analytical reporting covering incidents, system performance, support trends, testing results, and improvement initiatives.
  • Respond to internal clients and suppliers with timely, effective resolutions to systemrelated queries.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercerelated field.
  • SAP ECC experience required; SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Ariba certification strongly preferred.
  • 7-10 years of demonstrated experience in supply chain technology or SAP systems roles.
  • Deep understanding of endtoend supply chain processes, including sourcetocontract, sourcetopay, logistics, inventory, warehousing, and governance workflows.
  • Advanced functional expertise in SAP ECC and SAP Ariba applications.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proven change management, training, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
