What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an ERP developer?

To thrive as an ERP Developer, you need strong programming skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and typically a degree in computer science or a related field. Experience with ERP platforms (like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics), proficiency in relevant programming languages (such as ABAP, Java, or C#), and certifications in specific ERP systems are highly valuable.
