What You'll Do
You'll be out in the field keeping our network strong, reliable, and ready for anything:
  • Troubleshoot and repair HFC (Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial) networks

  • Test and optimize signal performance

  • Maintain key network equipment (nodes, fiber systems, power supplies)

  • Perform fiber splicing and activation

  • Handle outages and support emergency restoration

  • Conduct preventative maintenance and system balancing

  • Identify signal leakage and ensure compliance

  • Support network expansion and serviceability

  • Deliver excellent customer service while representing WOW! professionally

What You Bring
  • Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting/repairing in HFC networks is highly preferred

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers

  • Enjoy working outdoors and staying active

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable learning technical skills and using tools

  • Ability to explain things clearly to customers

  • Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, on-call rotation)

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
