Life Sync Internal Health Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is remotely based, allowing for flexibility while still maintaining strong connections with the team and families involved in our services. • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children, utilizing standardized tools to determine developmental delays.
• Engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), collaborating with families to create realistic and achievable goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of each child by actively participating as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide resources, education, and emotional support to families, guiding them in utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance their child’s development.
• Adapt therapeutic techniques to various learning styles, ensuring individualized approaches are effective for each child.
• Administer assessments in accordance with federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance with all required documentation and reporting standards.
• Establish strong rapport with children, families, and colleagues in order to foster a positive and supportive environment conducive to learning.

This LCSW position primarily focuses on children in need of early intervention services, specifically infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. By providing targeted support during these critical early years of development, our social workers play a crucial role in helping children gain essential skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication areas.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Doctorate of Social Work (DSW) is required.
• A valid LCSW licensure by the Department of Public Health.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license to facilitate occasional travel to client homes or community settings.
• Ability to adapt interventions to various learning styles to meet the needs of children within their individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to team collaboration.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads, documentation, and client meetings.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
• A proven commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices and techniques in therapy.
• Experience in developing and executing family-centered treatment plans that reflect the needs and priorities of families.
