Life Sync Internal Health Therapy Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This full-time position allows for the flexibility of remote work while engaging in a collaborative and supportive community health clinic environment. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that provide insights into clients’ mental health challenges, personal strengths, and available resources to inform treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to promote healing and resilience.
• Develop and oversee detailed, individualized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions to track client progress and adjust care as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated, coordinated care for clients.
• Offer crisis interventions and conduct risk assessments, developing safety plans to support clients in immediate need.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups, enriching the therapeutic experience for clients through community support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring protection of client confidentiality and adherence to best practices.

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds and demographics. Many clients may present with complex issues related to relationship dynamics, emotional distress, and mental health disorders. • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices, methodologies, and interventions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred, we welcome candidates with a strong passion for this field and a commitment to client care. Experience in working with diverse populations and familiarity with telehealth services is an advantage.
