Position Overview

The Life Sync Internal Health Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position offers a flexible remote work environment while making a significant impact on the lives of children and families within our community. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Social Work, a current LCSW license, and a minimum of one year of experience in early intervention settings.

Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while still providing essential services to our clients. Our Community Health Clinic emphasizes a collaborative approach, where social workers, families, and other professionals work closely together to create holistic support plans. Our clinic utilizes telehealth services, enabling thorough assessments and ongoing support tailored to the individual needs of children and families across Chicago.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and areas needing support.
  • Engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Regularly monitor and document outcomes to ensure progress and make necessary adjustments to support techniques.
  • Provide family education, support, and resources to enhance child development and empowerment.
  • Administer evidence-based practices and strategies in accordance with the Natural Learning Environment Practices, thereby fostering effective learning opportunities.
  • Build strong rapport with children and families, cultivating a trusting and supportive environment conducive to growth.
  • Adhere strictly to Federal and State regulations to ensure compliance and safeguard the well-being of all stakeholders.
  • Utilize coaching methodologies to provide families with the tools needed for sustainable child development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Life Sync Internal Health Therapy Center, you will primarily work with families of young children, specifically those dealing with developmental disabilities or delays. Our children, typically aged zero to three, benefit from targeted interventions that enhance various developmental domains, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. This role is vital in ensuring that the youngest members of our community achieve their fullest potential through customized support and guidance.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Proven adaptability to various learning styles and the ability to meet the unique needs outlined in individualized treatment plans.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
