This full-time position allows for remote work, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate both client needs and your personal commitments. While the majority of your work will be conducted online, you may occasionally collaborate with colleagues and participate in community outreach initiatives. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' unique mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at promoting mental health and personal growth.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals and circumstances.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of our clients.
• Facilitate psychoeducational classes and support groups, enhancing the therapeutic experience and fostering community among clients.

Our center serves a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from varying backgrounds. You will work with clients facing challenges from chronic mental health issues to those seeking support during life transitions. Your ability to relate to clients and understand their unique experiences will be essential in fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages healing and resilience.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential for this role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse demographics.
• Excellent communication and assessment skills tailored to therapeutic interventions.

While two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred, new graduates with relevant internships or fieldwork may also be considered. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care, will be beneficial in delivering effective treatment.
