Job description


Highland Hospital is seeking an experienced Switchboard Operator to join the team. This position answers the main line to Highland Hospital and directs all incoming calls. Hours are Saturday & Sunday from 3pm-8:30pm and Monday-Wednesday from 5pm-9pm.
Salary Range:
$17.50- $22.60 an hour
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Job Requirements
  1. Education: High school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience: 1-3 years in customer service
  3. License/Certification Required: none
  4. Skills: Customer service skills; ability to operate switchboard desirable
