Summary
This individual acts as end-to-end technical "authority" and liaison across HW and SW domains for the hyperscale customers. This role is responsible for guiding daily execution, driving strategic and tactical engineering alignment, remediating customer issues, and maintaining operational trust across the full lifecycle of infrastructure delivery and support. The "Uber" TPL is accountable for orchestration of flawless technical operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Detailed Description
  • Serves as a single accountable technical owner for all aspects of customer across firmware, BIOS/BMC, OS integration, platform hardware, diagnostics, and telemetry
  • Drives technical excellence from design through deployment
  • Drives all HW & SW engineering workstreams and coordinates activities within programs
  • Acts as the final technical TPL escalation point for platform-level issues impacting delivery to customers
  • Has a direct path to Executive escalation and support
  • Owns incident response leadership for both HW and SW problems- coordinating root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and continuous improvements
  • Leads bring-up, debug, and release processes, ensuring functional alignment between HW and SW stacks
  • Champions interoperability, performance tuning, and issues traceability across layers
  • Coordinates activities and planning between HW, SW, programs, PMOs, and GCBU

Physical Demands
  • Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
  • Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
  • Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Salary
The salary range described in this posting is an estimate by the Company, and may change based on several factors, including by not limited to a change in the duties covered by the job posting, or the credentials, experience or geographic jurisdiction of the successful candidate.
Salary Range: $141K - $221K
The stated range includes Base Salary and target Short-Term Incentive (STI) compensation only. A comprehensive benefits package is offered in addition to this range.
