As a Per Diem Physical Therapist with Silver Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that comes with Per Diem work.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist with our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to our patients, including assessment, treatment, and education. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized plans of care that meet the unique needs of each patient. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will prioritize communication, collaboration, and compassion in all aspects of your work.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized plans of care

  • Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans to achieve specific goals and outcomes

  • Provide physical therapy services, including but not limited to, exercises, modalities, and manual therapy
