We are hiring a SW Development / Automation Engineer for a contract opportunity in Plano, TX. This role is ideal for engineers with experience in software development, automation, cloud technologies, and DevOps.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: SW Development / Automation Engineer

  • Location: Plano, TX

  • Duration: July 13, 2026 – December 31, 2026

  • Pay Rate: $65/hour on W2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement REST API integrations and microservice-based applications.

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain web applications.

  • Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Automate workflows and support CI/CD pipelines.

  • Troubleshoot Linux-based applications and Tier 3 production issues.

  • Perform feature, interoperability, and performance testing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of software development or automation engineering experience.
