Senior Vice President, Technology
Position Overview
UNFOLD is seeking a Senior Vice President, Technology to own the agency's technical roadmap, infrastructure, platform engineering, and enterprise systems strategy. Working closely with the executive leadership team, this role ensures that UNFOLD's technology capabilities are properly oriented to our business goals, growth vision, and client ambitions.
This leader will oversee both internal technology operations and the systems that underpin how we deliver for clients, ensuring UNFOLD remains a forward-thinking agency capable of scaling securely and innovatively for the world's most ambitious entertainment, gaming, and consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Executive Partnership
  • Serve as the senior technology leader driving UNFOLD's vision and roadmap
  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to identify technology-driven growth opportunities and develop investment strategies that support agency expansion, profitability, and innovation
  • Represent technology in executive planning, business development, and client-facing engagements

AI & Agency Innovation
  • In partnership with UNFOLD's dedicated AI team, help shape how emerging AI tools and automation are integrated across agency workflows - spanning creative, production, media, strategy, and operations
  • Ensure governance, security, and ethical standards are in place as the agency's AI capabilities continue to evolve

Internal Systems & Agency Infrastructure
  • Own the internal tools, systems, and technology stack that power how UNFOLD operates day to day
  • Ensure that every team - creative, production, media, strategy, and accounts - is properly supported by the infrastructure and platforms they need to do their best work
  • Establish standards and best practices that keep our internal operations efficient, scalable, and secure as the agency grows

Infrastructure, Security & Operations
  • Oversee agency infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, endpoint management, and workplace technology
  • Own cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and business continuity planning
  • Ensure secure and reliable operations across our teams and develop governance frameworks that keep pace with agency growth

Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and develop UNFOLD's technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Serve as a mentor and strategic advisor to department leaders across the agency

Business Development & Client Partnership
  • Participate in new business opportunities and strategic pitches where technology plays a critical role
  • Advise clients on platform strategy and technology innovation
