Job description

We are seeking contract surety producers with prior agency or carrier experience. We welcome current or prior members of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers to explore this unique opportunity to build and retain your own book of business with company administrative support.
A robust plan is based on the applicant's experience and including a combination salary, commission, bonus, benefits and expense reimbursement.
The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in all aspects of standard contract surety production or underwriting with an agency or carrier
  • Strong risk assessment and consultative skills and CRM software software proficiency
  • Ability to build strong relantionships with medium sized contractors
  • Ability to work independently
  • State Insurance Producer license and CPCU certifications and formal sales training are a benefit but not required

This is a remote position and available in all U.S. States expect Hawaii
