Job description

Are you mechanically inclined and looking for your next career move in manufacturing? Spherion Staffing is hiring for a manufacturing company in Iowa Park, TX! Candidates must be able to train on day shift 7am-7pm, and then move to the night shift block schedule 7pm - 7am. Pay starts at $15.75/hr and night shift is $16.25/hr.

Responsibilities:
This is a fast pace, labor intensive job in a manufacturing and production environment.
You will required to be on your feet in steel toes and comply with all PPE requirements for the duration of the 12 hour shift.
Responsibilities will vary from assisting on machines, to moving materials.
Employees must be willing to learn and work in various departments.

Basic data entry into computers.
Skills:
- Self motivated
- Preferred manufacturing, warehouse, and/or logistics experience
- Experience operating manual/ electric pallet jacks helpful
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to pass a measuring tool test
- Must have own source of transportation

- Must be able to provide proof of education (diploma, GED, or transcripts)
- Must have a clean background per company requirements
