Job Description

Position           : SAP HCM \ Application Support Engineer
Location          : Hershey, PA Hybrid

Duration         : Long term contract

Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the Support SAP Time Management (both Positive and Negative) and SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration based on business requirements, with strong hands-on experience in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas.

Job description/responsibilities:

  • Support SAP Time Management (both Positive and Negative) and SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration based on business requirements, with strong hands-on experience in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas.
  • Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with business and IS partners.
  • Assist in preparing functional design documents (FDDs), test plans, and test execution for configuration and change requests.
  • Collaborate with the team during User Acceptance Testing(UAT) and help resolve functional defects.
  • Participate in weekly status review calls with the client and internal teams to review progress of work.
  • Prepare functional specifications for custom enhancements and work closely with the ABAP HR technical and integration teams.
  • Adhere to Project timelines, documentation standards, and change management processes.
