Overview:
Production Support Dev Specialist - OpenText
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Cloud Platforms: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure, with knowledge of other cloud platforms like Azure being an advantage.
  • CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages like Python, Java, or C#.
  • Responsible for maintaining and enhancing OpenText solutions, including development, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Supporting various OpenText products, like Content Server, Exstream, and cloud solutions, PrivateLink
  • Developing and maintaining workflows, forms, and reports, as well as providing second and third-level support on OpenText products
  • Strong developer who can address technical issues, bugs, and user problems related to OpenText products. This may involve debugging, analyzing logs, and collaborating with other teams to find solutions.
  • Provide database expertise to the software development team, ensuring the core database and application data flow are designed and maintained effectively.
