Description of the role:

The Scheduling Coordinator at Sunlight Senior Care plays a crucial role in managing the schedules of home care providers to ensure optimal coverage for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and adjusting schedules for home care providers
  • Communicating schedule changes and updates to staff
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE HOME CARE SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE
  • MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH AXISCARE AS A SCHEDULER
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in scheduling software or systems
  • Prior experience in scheduling or coordination role is preferred
