Job description

Westmoreland Manor is looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Registered Nurses! As an employee with us, you will be part of a large, dedicated staff devoted to caring for residents in a County-owned facility. We are seeking applicants able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and multi-task!

Self-Scheduling employees will be required to work a minimum of 72 hours per month, with a minimum of 24 worked on off-shifts (3p.m. -11 p.m. and 11 p.m.-7a.m) and 24 hours being worked on weekends (7p Friday – 7am Monday) per month. Hours not to exceed 1,000 in a 12-month period, or 32 in one week.

Self-Scheduling employees will be given a schedule during orientation. After orientation, employees must submit a monthly schedule of availability to the Staffing Coordinator for approval. This position provides the opportunity for successful candidates to have a flexible schedule and competitive pay rate!

First Shift Rate: $42.42/hour

2nd, 3rd, & Weekend Shifts Rate: $47.47/hr.

Qualified Applicants must possess:

  • High school graduate or equivalency

  • Physical ability to do heavy lifting

  • Must possess and maintain a valid registration with Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners (License)

  • Prior RN experience in long term care required
