SALARY:ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  $21.52/hour
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:ย  ย  ย A2 Virtual+ Summer Term Administrator










QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEย 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and the public.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow testing security procedures.

SCHEDULEย 
The general schedule is as follows. (This is the anticipated weekly schedule; however, some adjustments may be necessary during the summer term.)ย 

  • Monday (8:00 a.m. -11 a.m.) ย 
  • Wednesday (12 p.m. -3 p.m.) ย 
  • Friday (8 a.m. - 11 a.m.) ย  ย

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with student check-in and room supervision.
  • Monitor testing environments to ensure adherence to testing protocols and maintain test security.
  • Provide basic assistance to students during testing, as permitted by testing guidelines.
  • Utilize a web browser to access testing platforms and complete basic online tasks related to testing administration.
  • Follow all training and procedures provided by A2 Virtual+.ย 

Training will be provided on all specific testing procedures and systems.ย 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Read, write and comprehend basic instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to staff, parents, students, and administrators.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.ย 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

  • Add, subtract, and multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.ย 

REASOING ABILITY

  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. ย 
  • Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.ย 

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

  • Work effectively with parents and students from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with students, staff, and the school community.
  • Perform duties with awareness of district requirements and Board of Education policies.
