Summer Camp Director - San Francisco, CA | Giants Baseball & Softball Camps
Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring one Summer Camp Director to lead our Balboa Park location in San Francisco for two weeks this summer.
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing daily camp operations, supervising staff, ensuring camper safety, and delivering an exceptional experience for campers and families.
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and dependable leader who enjoys working with youth, managing teams, and creating a positive camp culture. This role is ideal for educators, coaches, camp directors, youth program leaders, recreation professionals, and individuals with experience leading staff and working with children.
Compensation & Schedule
Compensation: $1,400-$1,600 per week (based on experience)
Location: Balboa Park - San Francisco, CA
Must Be Available Following Camp Dates:
  • Additional weeks may be available for training earlier in the summer
  • August 3-7, 2026
  • August 10-14, 2026

Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 8-9 hours per day
