As a Camp Royall Counselor, you will: - Create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for campers to learn, grow, and thrive.
- Assist campers in all aspects of personal care, including dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
- Gain specialized training and experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Lead and participate in activities that foster learning, independence, and fun.
- Work closely with fellow staff members to ensure an enriching and positive camp experience.
- Be part of a passionate, dedicated team making a lasting impact.
We provide Comprehensive Training (May 19 - May 29, 2026). Those unable to attend training, still encouraged to apply! Applicant must be 18+ years of age and have a high school degree.
Be available to work overnight Sundays- Fridays during camp weeks
Salary: $350-$500 weekly (depending on experience) + housing and board.
Summer 2026 Schedule: - Staff Training: May 19 - May 29, 2026
- First Half of Summer (4 weeks): May 31 - June 26, 2026
- Vacation Week: June 29 - July 3, 2026
- Second Half of Summer (5 weeks): July 5 - August 7, 2026
- End-of-Summer Celebration: August 8, 2026
- Adult Retreat: August 9- August 14, 2026
