Description:

We are seeking a Seasonal Accounts Payable Clerk to support our Accounting team during our peak season from August through January, with the opportunity to be considered for rehire for the next seasonal term (May through January). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and timely
  • Maintain vendor files and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date
  • Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors
  • Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper approvals and coding
  • Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally

Schedule:
Full-time, Seasonal
August – January (with potential to return for May – January season)

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
