POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for supervising personnel who are engaged in the safe and efficient operation of fixed and detachable chair lifts as guests load and unload.

This position is located at Snow Valley in Running Springs.

Starting wage between $26.50/hr. - $29.76/hr. depending on experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • At least three years of lift operations experience, with the ability to run any lift at the Resort
  • A talented communicator, with an outgoing personality and a calm and collective demeanor, especially during challenging operations.
  • Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as guest policies and procedure manuals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, browser-based research tools, Workday, and SharePoint.
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
