Summer Operations Assistant

Pay Range: $17.00-$22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Location: Granbury, TX Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Position Type: Temporary Summer Position

Glenn Aire is a trusted HVAC company that has proudly served the Granbury community for years. We're looking for a dependable and motivated Summer Operations Assistant to support our team during the busy summer season.

No prior experience is required. We're happy to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity to gain professional experience, develop valuable workplace skills, and join a company known for taking care of both its customers and employees.

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
  • Greet visitors, customers, and delivery drivers professionally
  • Support dispatch and office staff with administrative tasks
  • Run parts to job sites in a company vehicle as needed
  • Assist with inventory organization and receiving deliveries
  • Help with special projects and general office support
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment
  • Assist wherever needed during our busy summer season

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday. Part-time or full-time hours may be available depending on the candidate and business needs.
