MSI & LeaseTrack Operations Intern
We welcome motivated and academically driven business, operations, economics, and risk management college students to participate in our intensive 10-week Summer Operations Rotational Internship Program, supporting both MSI and LeaseTrack. This unparalleled opportunity is specially crafted for early-career professionals eager to explore the world of insurance operations, program management, and business process improvement.
This is a remote internship. Our program is designed for those who share our dedication and passion for operational excellence. We prioritize the professional development of our interns, investing significantly in their potential, as part of a comprehensive rotational program across our MSI and LeaseTrack operations teams.
In addition to interacting with top C-suite professionals during intern enrichment sessions, you will also get the unique chance to take part in AI and Operations , technology integration and implementation projects, mentorship opportunities, and gain practical hands-on experience through shadowing professionals across our dynamic operations and tracking services.
What You'll Do
As an Operations Intern, you will rotate through key functions supporting MSI and LeaseTrack, gaining exposure to how each program is run day to day. You will review and help refine our training program and internal documentation and gain a working understanding of the data and processes that drive an efficient and effective operations organization.
Responsibilities
  • Review, assess, and help improve existing training programs, guides, and internal process documentation for MSI and LeaseTrack operations teams.
  • Rotate across operational functions to gain a broad understanding of how MSI and LeaseTrack programs are administered and supported.
  • Assist in reviewing and analyzing operational reports, workflows, and records to understand how key business decisions are made.
  • Observe cross-functional meetings to understand process coordination, implementation and ownership.
  • Assist in preparing operational status reports and other documentation for management.
  • Support the coordination of projects, technology implementations, and process-improvement initiatives across teams.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Must be currently enrolled in a recognized college program with a focus on business management, operations, economics, risk management, or a related field.
  • A demonstrated interest in business operations, process improvement, and the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various levels of the organization.
  • The capacity to work independently while fostering a positive group dynamic in a remote environment.
