We are seeking a Finance Operations Intern to support key finance workflows across travel and expense, enterprise systems, and cross-functional business operations. This role provides hands-on experience with finance processes, business systems, and operational improvements within a fast-growing AI company. The intern will contribute to workflow coordination, documentation, process improvement, and the systems that enable Finance to scale effectively.

This role is onsite, based out of Santa Clara, CA.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Interested in finance operations, business processes, enterprise systems, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize information and manage multiple workflows.
  • A proactive learner with strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

What We Need

  • Support travel and expense operations, including Navan-related process coordination, issue tracking, and workflow support.
  • Assist with contract and agreement coordination in CPAi and purchase requisition/purchase order management in SAP.
  • Help document finance workflows, standard operating procedures, and process requirements across systems.
  • Analyze process challenges and support improvements to data quality, workflow consistency, and operational efficiency.

Compensation for all interns at Tenstorrent ranges from $39/hr - $59/hr including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
