What to Expect

Consider before submitting an application:

This position is expected to start August or September 2026 and continue through Fall term (ending approximately December 2026 or later, if available). We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time (40 hours/week) and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program.Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.

International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

About the Team

The Business Analytics team's mission is to enable a data driven business and generate values from our data. The team is responsible for providing insights into our business and its associated processes, as well as customers and products. The team directly supports business leaders from our retail locations, headquarters, and up to our executive team.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with the Business Analytics and Data Engineering teams to gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources using SQL, Tableau and other data analysis tools
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track business metrics
  • Work on various data-driven projects including data analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business, industry, and market trends
  • Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and optimization using data insights
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to team members and business stakeholders
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed

What You'll Bring
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a related field (Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business) and graduating in December 2026-December 2027
  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau and/or any other visualization tools
  • Experience with Python is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience analyzing data sets and providing insights with clear recommendations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bias for action

Expected Compensation $32.45 - $45.43/hour + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
