We are seeking a Tableau / Power BI Developer to join our growing analytics team. This role is open to s and candidates with 2–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to help business teams make data-driven decisions. You will work with large datasets, create interactive reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.

This position is available across multiple locations in the USA, including New York, NY; Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Phoenix, AZ; and remote opportunities. Candidates should have knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and data visualization concepts. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective data visualization solutions.

• Connect, transform, and model data from multiple sources including SQL databases, cloud platforms, and Excel files.

• Develop and optimize calculated fields, measures, KPIs, and data models.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions.

• Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and provide analytical insights.

• Perform report testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Monitor dashboard performance and implement improvements for scalability and efficiency.

• Create documentation for dashboards, data models, and reporting processes.

• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing BI solutions.

• Participate in data governance, reporting standards, and best practices initiatives.

Experiences

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Academic projects or internship experience involving Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or data analytics preferred.

• Understanding of data visualization concepts and reporting best practices.

2–3 Years Experience

• 2–3 years of experience developing dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI.

• Experience working with SQL databases and data warehousing concepts.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and business intelligence methodologies.

• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems.

Required Skills

• Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud.

• Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.

• DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).

• SQL (Queries, Joins, Stored Procedures, Views).

• Data Modeling and Data Visualization Best Practices.

• Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.

• Familiarity with ETL tools such as Alteryx, Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.

• Experience with Tableau Prep.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Data warehousing and dimensional modeling experience.

Nice to Have
